Imo State Governor, said that IPOB group are trying to deceive Igbos

The Imo state Gov, on Monday stated that the indigenous people of Biafra led by Nnamdi Kanu is out to deceive the Igbo using the name of Biafra.

Following the statement issued by the Governor's Media secretary Mr. Sam Onwuemedo, He stated this during the crowning of 16 traditional Rulers in the state with staff of office.


He went on to say that the Biafra Agitators activities will lead to loss of many properties owned by the Igbos in foreign land.

He added that  they should not encourage the these process in other to avoid dividing our country Nigeria. this will help to avoid a civil war too, he concluded.
