Just in: Lady runs mad and go naked in Owerri, Imo State

A runs lady known to be from cross river state was seen today, in the street of Owerri walking about naked in early hours of this morning.
It was believed that she started behaving abnormal after she returned from her usual night runs.
Report says, the reason for her present condition is yet to be confirmed.
