The HQ 82 division of the Nigerian Army said to probe the act by soldiers on clips showing the humiliation of innocent civilian

According to report from the viral video showing were Nigerian Army at a check point along Aba/ Umuahia express road humiliating innocent civilian.
The HQ 82 division of the Nigerian Army today began an investigation following the trending video clip were innocent civilian are being humiliated by soldiers.
According to statement signed by Colonel Segir Musa, the deputy and Army public relation officer.
The ongoing investigation which is to ascertain the truth behind the  video clips trending on social media and those responsible for the act.

He stated that the code of conduct and rules of engagement are clear and if anyone is found wanting, will face the punishment of the Nigerian Army as they are ready take measures to bring them to justice.
He also added that they are aware of  the plot by the IPOBs, to release clips against the action of the Nigerian Army to kill the image and reputation of the military in the country.
