Governor Rochas Okorocha Talk about his greatest gift to Imo state

While briefing in a statement the governor revealed that his greatest achievement in the state is providing free education for the people.

With this he warned parent to take advantage of this opportunity by sending their children to school instead of putting them on the street to hawk, he further warned that if any child is found hawking the parent will be arrested and prosecuted.

He added that the implemented  law was passed and approved by the state house of assembly.
The statement he made during the 7th year Anniversary qualitative of the free education which he implemented seven years ago from primary to University level which has become huge success since the introduction.

while addressing at Heroes Square he said: i am the happiest man on earth knowing that my dream to promote the educational level in the state has become a greatest achievement as a leader.

“My joy knows no bound that if I finish as governor today, I would have fulfilled my heart desire of eradicating illiteracy in the State.”
He added, “My greatest gift to Imo people is free education, especially on this lovers’ day.
“Today, we have built three more Universities, more Polytechnics and Colleges of education. We shall continue to invest in that direction so that hundreds of thousands of our Children always denied admissions every year even when they meet all the requirements can be taken care of.

Imo state has the population to fill as many university as possible.In the state the greatest industry is thye education sector and he said that medical laboratories will be equipped before the end of May and he also added the he will make sure that schools in rural community will be designed in an attractive way .
