Sharia court forcefully marries off christian tailoring apprentice to her muslim trainer
Forced marriage: Sharia court marries of a Christian apprentice to her Muslim trainer.
This happened following the judgment passed by the sharia court in Erena to forcefully marry out Janet Habila, a 16years old Christian tailoring apprentice to her Muslim trainer boss Nasiru in shiroro local government area of Niger state.
The 16years Habila who did not go beyond primary school level. The daughter of Gambo Habila who is a leader at United mountain of grace in shundna.
She enrolled in the tailoring institute in 2016, along the line a surprise marriage notice came to her from sharia court which her boss Mr Nasiru had approached thé sharia court to join him and the little girl in marriage as husband and wife without informing the her and the parents to seek approval. The girls dad has vowed that he's not going to take it lightly unless the court reverse the decision took by them.
