Four die in Lagos-Ibadan road accident
Four persons are confirmed dead and thirteen others injured in car crash on Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
The accident occurred before of St. Christopher University at kilometre eighty two at about 7.25 p.m.
Clement Oladele, the Ogun sector commander of FRSC, confirmed the accident to newsmen.
According to Oladele, two vehicles and twenty three people were involved in the mishap that claimed four lives leaving thirteen injured .
He explained that a commercial bus with license number AKK 450 YY that was heading to Ibadan lost control due to rushing and rammed into a Toyota sienna with license number FST 370 DC.
“The corpses had been deposited at the mortuary at Fakoya Mortuary Sagamu while the injured persons were taken to Broad Life Hospital at Olowotedo and Idera Hospital, Sagamu, for an intensive treatment,” he said.
The sector commander, however, suggested motorists to be cautious and refrain from rushing to ensure safety of lives and property
